KANSEL is seeking an Executive Director due to a pending retirementPrograms include GED preparation, basic skills training, English as a Second Language (ESL),computer training, job placement and test proctoring. The successful candidate will have experience in business management, fundraising, marketing or program management. Strong public speaking, organizational and oral and written communication skills a must. Bachelor’s degree required.

The Kansas School for Effective Learning (KANSEL) prepares people for employment, technical training, or additional education by offering one-on-one tutoring in these subjects:

  • General Education (GED)
  • Basic Academic Skills
  • English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL)
  • Computer Skills Training
  • Job Placement
  • Test Proctoring

The teaching curriculum is individualized to meet each student's learning style, using a variety of teaching materials.
